Generating Reports
Navigate to the "Reports" page on the Sensgreen platform.
At the top-right corner of the page, you'll find a "+ New Report" button. Click on it.
A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to specify the start and end times for the report. This defines the time range for the data that will be included in the report.
After you've selected the time range, click the "Submit" button. Please note that generating a report involves processing thousands of data points, so it may take approximately a minute to complete.
While the report is being generated, a pop-up message will appear, indicating "Please wait while the report is being generated." You can continue to use the platform during this time.
Once the report generation is finished, you will receive a notification within the platform.
The generated report will be accessible on the "Reports" page. It will appear at the top of the list, typically as the first item.
Click on the report to open and view its contents.
Reports are a valuable tool for analyzing historical building data and performance. They provide insights that can help you make informed decisions about energy efficiency and building management.
